Jasper Gray – Client Operations Specialist & Second in Command Pilot

Hometown: Salinas, CA

Jasper is no stranger to MPI Jet, having collaborated closely with our team for three years at the Monterey Jet Center. He now brings his skills to both the cockpit and the operations desk, combining a love of aviation with a commitment to exceptional client service. Jasper is the first in his family to fly, and his dedication to both flight and service is evident in everything he does.

Hobbies: Hiking, rock climbing, and exploring the outdoors.

Peter Talamantez – Pilot/Captain

Hometown: San Jose, CA

Peter’s passion for aviation began early, inspired by the Blue Angels and nurtured by his father, a former Navy Aircraft Mechanic. He earned a Bachelor’s in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has logged thousands of flight hours across multiple aircraft, including the Pilatus PC-12 and Gulfstream G-V.

Fun Facts & Hobbies: Peter enjoys exploring new locations and spending quality time with family. His longest direct flight logged was from Londonderry, Northern Ireland, to Van Nuys, California, at 10 hours 30 minutes.

Anita Tapia – Accounting Assistant

Hometown: Watsonville, CA

Anita brings over eight years of accounts receivable experience from the agriculture industry to the world of aviation. After dedicating nearly a decade to a single company, she sought a role that would fully engage her skills—and found it here at MPI Jet.

“Everything about this role captured my attention. I wanted a position where I could focus on the whole picture, not just pieces of it.” - Anita
