MPI Jet is pleased to announce the promotion of Jason Guerrero to Director of Sales and Service. Since joining our team in 2023, Jason has brought a thoughtful, client-centric approach to every interaction—earning the trust of clients, colleagues, and industry partners alike.

With deep roots in customer service and a strong commitment to excellence, Jason’s leadership is elevating the private aviation experience.

A Career Built on Connection

Before entering the world of private aviation, Jason spent years in luxury ground transportation, providing bespoke service as a private driver. Frequent visits to the Monterey Jet Center introduced him to the private aviation industry—and sparked a passion for delivering an equally elevated experience in the skies.

“What drew me in was MPI Jet’s professionalism, not just with their clients but with everyone on the ramp. That kind of integrity stood out to me.”

He joined MPI Jet as a Client Operations Specialist in 2023, quickly becoming an integral part of the team. His promotion to Director of Sales and Service reflects both his outstanding performance and our continued investment in building lasting client relationships.

In his new role, Jason leads sales, charter coordination, and service strategy with a focus on reliability, responsiveness, and personalization. For Jason, success means ensuring every client feels known, respected, and well cared for—long before and after wheels-up.

Beyond the Hangar

Outside of aviation, Jason enjoys basketball, cinema, and spending time with his family—especially watching his son play soccer. When asked where he’d fly if given the choice, his answer came without hesitation:

“The French countryside. There’s something timeless about it.”

And as for his favorite aircraft? The Pilatus PC-12.

“It’s efficient, spacious, and incredibly versatile. It’s the perfect blend of form and function.”
